Delivery Charges NPR 160 within the Ring Road. Beyond the Ring Road, additional charges apply. 

 

Outside the valley 

Delivery Charges NPR 200/ NPR 250/ NPR 300 (Fee changeable as per location)

EXCHANGE POLICY

Within Kathmandu Valley

We offer exchanges within 48 hours of purchase. An exchange will have to be made at the store. Pick-up and delivery charges will be applicable if an online request is made. 

​

Exchanges shall not be made on goods with damage or deemed used. 

​

Outside the valley, or international purchases, will not be exchanged.
