EXCHANGE POLICY

Within Kathmandu valley

We offer exchanges within 48 hours of purchase. An exchange will have to be made at the store. Pick-up and delivery charges will be applicable if an online request is made.

Exchanges shall not be made on goods with damages or deemed used. 

​

Outside the valley or international purchases will not be exchanged.
